However, Sebigi is not responsible for delays arising from:

▪ Unreachable customer contact
▪ Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
If the shipment is returned due to any of the above reasons, return & reshipping costs must be borne by the customer.

✅ Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 working days after dispatch (based on location)

🏠 Accurate Shipping Information Required
For smooth delivery, please ensure your shipping address includes:

✔ Complete address with House No., Area & City
✔ Valid PIN code
✔ Active phone number
Your billing address must match the payment details used during checkout.
💳 Charges & Customer Responsibility
If:
• You ordered the wrong size
• You request an exchange due to personal preference
• You refuse delivery intentionally
👉 Then shipping charges for both return & reshipment are the customer’s responsibility.

Occasionally, your order may arrive in separate packages if shipped from different inventory locations.

Sebigi cannot issue refunds/returns solely due to a courier delay outside our control.
In special situations, store credit/discount vouchers may be offered at our discretion.
