🛠️ Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

🔁 Returns

If you’re not satisfied with the fit or style, you can return your product. Please note:

  • A Return Fee of ₹150 per product will be charged (logistics, handling, packaging).

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email clear images of the item and your order number to 📩 contactsebigi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds once a product has been sold. However, we offer size exchanges under the conditions below:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability and applicable shipping charges.

  • Email your request to 📩 contactsebigi@gmail.com.

  • Customers must send the product back to us at their own expense.
    We do not provide reverse pickup services.

  • Retain a courier receipt with the delivery agent’s signature and mobile numberSebigi is not responsible for lost returns.

✅ To Qualify for Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Include your name, address, email, order number, and desired size clearly inside the return parcel.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges must be for a different size of the same product.

  • Shipping/COD charges apply for both directions.

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing 📩 contactsebigi@gmail.com.

  • By placing an order, customers agree to Sebigi’s discretion regarding cancellations.

🔄 Unavailable Size? We’ve Got You Covered

If your requested size is unavailable during an exchange:

  • We’ll issue a Credit Note via email.

  • This credit can be used on your next purchase at 🌐 http://sebigi.com within 30 days.

📦 Partial Order Exchanges

  • You may exchange individual items from your order within 48 hours of delivery, provided they meet our exchange conditions.

📐 Fit Issues

  • If the product doesn’t fit, we’ll assist with a size exchange (subject to availability).

  • If the size isn’t available, a credit note will be issued for future use.

❗ Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Dislike of material/texture/color — please review images & descriptions carefully.

  • Washed or worn products.

  • Products from the SALE section.

  • Color variation due to screen settings or lighting (a 10–12% variation may occur).

  • Products that fail to meet our return condition standards.

Our garments are crafted with care and precision. Minor variations in color or stitching are not considered defects but part of each piece’s uniqueness.
